Technical Skill

Fitness Drill

Tactical Drill

Our tactical drills are mainly small group exercises. They are based on all tactical aspects of the modern game and support all systems of play and game tactics. Specific areas and styles of defence, midfield and attacking models are trained in small functional units. aka DEFTNESS

Scrimmage (aka Splitsville and deft)

The scrimmages at the end of the session bring together all the elements of the prior drills. They also are designed to prepare your team for the next game.
